Victoria Gin Cocktails
60ml Victoria Amber
100 ml ginger ale
100ml grapefruit juice
Lime slices

Mix Victoria Amber, ginger ale and grapefruit in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

38ml Victoria Pink Gin
20ml Crème De Cacao
20ml Lime Juice
50ml Cranberry Juice

Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard. Fine strain contents from shaker over ice in a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Sparkling Blue
20ml Victoria Blue Gin
50ml Dry Sparkling Wine
1 Sugar cube
10drops Orange Bitters
​
Douse sugar cube with orange bitters, pour gin over and stir. Top drink with Dry Sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit.
